Jan and all the ladies at Paulines are so helpful! Paulines is the only florist I use. They have so many cute gifts- I do a lot of my shopping at Paulines. I have called dozens of times to get flowers delivered and Jan always makes sure they get there when I need them there and they always look wonderful. She has handled many funerals for members of our family and was kind and professional and most of all, reasonable with her prices! Great place!
Absolutely horrible florist. Ordered a coffee cup bouquet for my daughters birthday. My daughter received an ugly "Congratulations!" coffee mug with about five wilted flowers and some droopy greenery. Why bother to call yourself a florist? Luckily the website gave me a full refund, but Pauline needs to find another profession. Seriously. Horrible florist!
Did a fantastic casket spray and standing spray on the same day of the service! Very nice folks!
Received flowers today & definitely wasn't pleased. The greenery was awful and some of the flowers were broken off the stem and shoved in the "arrangement". Called to ask a question and the person seemed very rude and not helpful. Didn't have the heart to tell the person who sent them how bad they were.
Worst customer service EVER!!! The owner Jan is extremely rude!!! Never would I recommend such a place where the owner is flat out disrespectful. There are better places around lubbock who provides better flowers and customer service.
