A man ate the buffet and was never given a drink or waited on and the cashier still charged him for the buffet. This is poor business in my eyes.
Heidi and her crew do a really good job. No matter what one can always find a smile. Love the food.
We came for pizza sat for almost 10 minutes my husband had to ask for drinks waitress didn't even realize we were there than she took our order almost an hr later we finally get our food and than we have to eat fast so my husband could go back to work no apologies for the wait. Need less to say we were not happy!!
The servers are not on the ball. Had to get up and get our own plates, refills and Togo box.
Good food service was great. Impressed with management investing in their emlloyees.
