Nice and clean place
The manager is super strict. The grass limit is 6" but you get a violation at 6.5". She looks for any reason to kick people out right after rent is paid or right after the house is paid off. It's a trap, avoid if at all possible.
I have a dear friend that lives there with her family, my brother and his wife and son lived there in the 90's.....nice place......
